emirates7 - His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree concerning the transfer, promotion, and appointment of the Secretary-General for the Sharjah Council for Higher Education and Scientific Research (SCHESR).

The Decree states that Dr. Aisha Mohammed Obeid Boukhater Al Shamsi, currently the Director of the Admissions and Registration Department at the University of Sharjah, will be transferred to SCHESR, elevated to the position of Director-General under the Government of Sharjah’s Special Jobs System, and appointed as the Secretary-General of the Council.
