emirates7 - Motorists are urged to exercise caution as thick early morning fog has led to reduced visibility on several UAE roads, particularly in parts of Abu Dhabi on Tuesday morning.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued red and yellow alerts, warning of limited visibility due to fog, expected to last until 9:00 a.m.
Fog was specifically observed over Habshan, Zayed City, and Al Hamra in the Al Dhafrah region, as well as Arjan in Abu Dhabi.
According to the NCM, the country will generally experience partly cloudy weather, with the possibility of convective cloud development in the eastern regions during the afternoon, which may bring light rain.
Those with dust sensitivities should take precautions when heading outdoors, as the NCM forecasts light to moderate winds ranging from 10 to 20 km/h, with gusts up to 30 km/h, potentially stirring up dust and sand.
Temperatures across the UAE are expected to reach highs between 40°C and 45°C, with lows ranging from 19°C to 23°C. Coastal areas will see average highs between 38°C and 42°C, while mountainous regions will experience cooler conditions, ranging from 30°C to 35°C.
Humidity levels will range between 60% and 80% in inland areas and 55% to 70% in the mountains.
Sea conditions are predicted to be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and calm in the Oman Sea.
