The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) reported foggy conditions in areas such as Jabal Ali and Hassyan in Dubai, as well as Al Wathba, Ghantout, Al Ajban, and from Saih Shuaib to Saih Sudaira in Abu Dhabi.
The advisory warned that the fog could significantly reduce horizontal visibility, potentially dropping even further in some coastal areas until 9 a.m. on Thursday.
Looking ahead, mist may form over some coastal regions on Friday morning.
Temperatures are expected to reach highs of 40°C to 45°C, with lows ranging from 23°C to 28°C.
Light to moderate winds are forecast, occasionally picking up in strength, with gusts reaching up to 35 km/h.
