emirates7 - Digital Dubai has confirmed that Dubai will participate in GITEX EUROPE x Ai Everything 2025, taking place at Messe Berlin from May 21 to 23. The event is expected to draw significant participation from European and global stakeholders in the tech industry.
As the organiser of the Dubai Pavilion, Digital Dubai aims to highlight the city’s advancements in digital transformation, showcasing its leadership in the sector and promoting dialogue and collaboration with global tech pioneers attending the exhibition.
The Dubai Pavilion will include 12 major government and private organisations. These are: Digital Dubai, Dubai Police, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, Dubai Civil Defence, DIFC Courts, Dubai Electronic Security Center, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai Customs, the Dubai Future Foundation, and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre. Additionally, e& and Emaratech will be featured as Platinum Partners.
Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director-General of Digital Dubai, stated, “Dubai’s journey in digital transformation has always been rooted in global collaboration. Among the key technologies that Digital Dubai will feature at the event is the Dubai Dashboard – a comprehensive city-wide platform providing real-time data and analytics across various sectors. Powered by AI, the dashboard delivers insights and predictive trends using machine learning, enabling informed decision-making.
Also on display is Dubai Monitor, an intelligent platform that continuously gathers and analyses data using AI to detect anomalies and assess correlations with both local and global developments. It features a live dashboard that updates dynamically.
The DubaiFAL platform will also be showcased. This interactive dashboard uses social sentiment analysis and feedback mechanisms to provide insights into public perceptions of Dubai and its services.
The Smart Employee app, another featured innovation, integrates over 62 essential services, offering access to more than 200 features for 76,000+ employees across 76 government departments. It streamlines administrative HR and finance functions, significantly reducing time spent on routine processes while enhancing managerial oversight and task delegation.
Additionally, DubaiNow, a comprehensive app providing access to over 320 services from more than 50 government and private entities, will be presented, reflecting Dubai’s commitment to making city services digitally accessible and user-friendly.
Another highlight is UAE PASS, the UAE’s national digital identity platform. It enables facial recognition-based identity verification, secure document signing and sharing, and unified digital access to services. Currently, 358 organisations use UAE PASS, including 60 federal bodies, 173 local government departments, and 125 private entities, collectively offering over 15,000 services.
