Mansour bin Zayed chairs Ministerial Development Council meeting

emirates7 - His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, presided over a meeting of the Ministerial Development Council at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi. The session focused on reviewing a wide range of development proposals and initiatives submitted by various ministries and federal entities, covering all areas of governmental activity.

The Council assessed several government strategies and policies across key sectors such as education, family welfare, biodiversity, the judicial system, financial markets, and support for entrepreneurship. Additionally, the Council reviewed the performance metrics of ministries and federal bodies in relation to government service quality and digital transformation efforts.

The meeting also considered draft laws and Executive Regulations concerning public benefit organizations, the energy sector, the establishment of specialized federal committees, and initiatives aimed at boosting productivity and efficiency in the Federal Government's workforce. Revisions to regulations in the healthcare and social development fields were also discussed, along with proposals from the Federal National Council primarily addressing the nation’s infrastructure development.
