emirates7 - Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC), met with Johari bin Abdul, Speaker of Malaysia’s House of Representatives, on the sidelines of the inaugural meeting of the Parliamentary Group in Solidarity with Palestine, held in Istanbul, Turkiye.
During their talks, the two leaders explored ways to deepen bilateral and parliamentary cooperation between their countries and legislative bodies, in alignment with the vision of their national leaderships and the aspirations of their people.
They emphasized the value of joint parliamentary efforts through regular bilateral meetings, mutual visits, and the exchange of legislative expertise. Both parties highlighted the importance of enhancing parliamentary collaboration in support of shared national interests and broader Islamic causes.
