Brikyland Technologies, Inovartic Investment sign strategic joint venture

emirates7 - Brikyland Technologies, a leading platform specializing in blockchain-based real estate tokenization, has entered into a strategic joint venture with Inovartic Investments, an Abu Dhabi-based firm focused on innovation-driven investments. The partnership aims to explore, develop, and implement tokenized real estate and green asset-backed investment technologies within the UAE.

This significant collaboration will harness the power of blockchain, smart contracts, and digital asset frameworks to introduce new models for fractional ownership, enhance liquidity, and increase transparency in both real estate and sustainable finance.

The venture will operate in full compliance with the regulatory framework of Abu Dhabi Global Market, which oversees virtual assets and digital finance.

The core goals of the joint venture include: creating a UAE-based platform for tokenizing high-value real estate and green assets; establishing compliant fractional ownership models using blockchain and smart contracts; launching innovative investment products that align with ESG standards and sustainability goals; and working closely with regulatory authorities to align with the country’s digital asset policies.

This agreement was signed following the UAE–Vietnam Business Forum held on April 10, 2025, at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, where both companies reaffirmed their commitment to technological collaboration. The partnership supports that vision by enhancing cross-border cooperation in emerging technologies and sustainable finance.

Saif Aldarmaki, Chairman and Co-Founder of Inovartic Investments, said, “This joint venture represents our mutual dedication to advancing cross-border innovation and responsible investing. By integrating Brikyland’s blockchain capabilities, we aim to lead the way in asset-backed financial solutions that support the UAE’s digital economy goals and strengthen commercial links with Vietnam.”

Dr. Dang Ha Lam, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Brikyland Technologies, added, “Our technology is built to make real estate and green assets more accessible and easier to trade.”
