Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of Ajman’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, reported that the emirate saw 1,025 real estate transactions in March, with a total trading volume of AED1.03 billion.
He highlighted that the highest property sale was recorded in "Al Heliow 1," with a value of AED43 million.
Al Muhairi emphasized that Ajman's real estate market continues to experience strong momentum, consistently achieving record figures. This success reflects the emirate's appealing investment climate, bolstered by competitive pricing, comprehensive services, and advanced infrastructure.
Additionally, March saw 156 mortgage transactions worth AED299 million, with the highest mortgage value, AED40 million, recorded in the "Al Nuaimiya 3" area.
