Muslim Council of Elders participates at 2025 Erbil International Book Fair

emirates7 - For the first time, the Muslim Council of Elders is participating in the 17th edition of the Erbil International Book Fair, which runs from April 9th to 19th.

This participation supports the Council's mission to promote peace, enhance dialogue and tolerance, and foster cooperation and human coexistence.

During the fair, the Muslim Council of Elders' pavilion will feature over 250 diverse intellectual and cultural publications, including several new releases from Al-Hokama Publishing for 2025.

In line with the Council’s commitment to encouraging intra-Islamic dialogue, the pavilion will showcase several works dedicated to this important topic.

Additionally, the pavilion will highlight more than 20 works by His Eminence Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and Chairman of the Muslim Council of Elders, which aim to underscore Islam's tolerance and the depth of its intellectual and philosophical heritage.

The pavilion will also host various cultural and intellectual activities focused on promoting peace, human coexistence, dialogue, and reinforcing the unity and solidarity of the Muslim world.
