China's industrial output up 5.9% in first two months

emirates7 - China's value-added industrial output, a key economic indicator, increased by 5.9 percent year-on-year during the first two months of 2025, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on Monday.

As reported by China Daily, industrial output in February alone saw a 0.51 percent rise compared to January.

This metric tracks the performance of large enterprises with an annual primary business revenue of at least 20 million yuan ($2.79 million).
