Dubai Chambers Board of Directors discusses strategic direction, future initiatives

emirates7 - The Board of Directors of Dubai Chambers, chaired by Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, held a brainstorming session yesterday with participation from members of the three chambers under the Dubai Chambers umbrella – Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, and Dubai International Chamber.

The session focused on discussing Dubai Chambers' strategic direction and future initiatives aimed at reinforcing its role as a key driver of Dubai’s economic growth and development.

The meeting was attended by Sultan Ahmad Bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber, along with board members from all three chambers, and Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers.

Discussions were centered on key strategies, future directions, and initiatives designed to enhance Dubai Chambers’ role in advancing economic growth and fostering prosperity across all sectors, while also strengthening collaborations with the private sector and key local and international partners.

The session underscored Dubai Chambers’ commitment to reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global investment hub and enhancing its development model based on proactivity, adaptability, and strategic partnerships.

Ideas and proposals were reviewed to increase Dubai Chambers’ contribution to solidifying Dubai as a global economic center. The session also focused on supporting new businesses and investors in line with Dubai’s vision and evolving economic landscape.

Al Mansoori emphasized the significant progress made in stimulating economic growth and meeting the business community’s needs. He highlighted that collaboration and strategic initiatives have been crucial in attracting investments, supporting global business expansion, and accelerating digital transformation.

He stated, “We are dedicated to developing new plans and launching initiatives that align with the visionary leadership’s future strategies to further strengthen Dubai’s position as one of the world’s top economic cities. Our focus is on building on our achievements and creating high-value opportunities in alignment with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).”

During the session, Al Mansoori honored Abdul Aziz Abdulla Al Ghurair, former Chairman of Dubai Chambers, for his exceptional leadership, and Faisal Juma Belhoul, former Vice Chairman, for his significant contributions. He also expressed gratitude to former board members Majid Hamad Rahmah Alshamsi, Dr. Raja Al Gurg, and Hisham Alshirawi for their dedicated service and impactful efforts at Dubai Chambers.
