emirates7 - His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree appointing a head for the Sharjah Creative Quarter (SCQ).

According to the decree, Sheikha Hoor bint Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi has been named as the head of the Sharjah Creative Quarter.
