Sheikh Abdullah met with Abderaman Koulamallah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Chadians Abroad; Maria Malmer Stenergard, Sweden’s Minister for Foreign Affairs; Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs of India; Bakhtiyor Saidov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan; Cho Tae-yul, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Korea; and Amery Browne, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Trinidad and Tobago.
During these discussions, Sheikh Abdullah explored avenues for enhancing bilateral cooperation and partnership across various sectors, including economics, trade, investment, culture, education, health, agriculture, technology, artificial intelligence, food security, renewable energy, and climate change.
The conversations also addressed key agenda items for UNGA 79 and the UN's ongoing efforts to strengthen international multilateral cooperation in tackling global challenges.
Sheikh Abdullah emphasized the UAE's commitment to expanding its global partnerships to sustainable pathways for growth and prosperity, aligning with the aspirations of people for a future filled with opportunities.
Additionally, the meetings covered recent developments in regional and international contexts, focusing on their implications for peace and security, including the situation in the Middle East and the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip.
