Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed and Muhannad Hadi Address Gaza’s Humanitarian Crisis

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Muhannad Hadi, Deputy Special Coordinator and Resident Coordinator of the Office of the United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process (UNSCO), to discuss the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The meeting, held in Abu Dhabi, was reported by WAM (Emirates News Agency).

During their discussions, Sheikh Abdullah and Hadi focused on the critical need for an immediate ceasefire to protect civilian lives and to support efforts to address the severe humanitarian situation in Gaza. They explored ways to enhance regional and international collaboration through coordinated and sustainable mechanisms.

Sheikh Abdullah expressed the UAE's unwavering commitment to the Palestinian people and reiterated full support for Hadi’s efforts to provide humanitarian aid and alleviate the suffering of Gaza’s civilians.

The meeting was also attended by Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, and Sultan Mohammed Al Shamsi, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Development Affairs and International Organisations.
