SEC discusses joint cooperation with Mawhiba emirates7 - Sharjah Education Council (SEC) discussed with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) aspects of joint cooperation and the exchange of experiences to empower generations in the fields of science, technology and innovation. The meeting came on the sidelines of the Expo 2020 in Dubai, and His Excellency Dr. Saeed Musabah Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Sharjah Education Council, met with His Excellency Dr. Saud bin Saeed Al Mathami, Secretary-General of King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Al Masoudi, Director General of the General Department of Institutional Communication, His Excellency Assistant Secretary-General Dr. Amal Al Hazaa and Director of Partnerships, Mr. Sondos Al Wohaib. The meeting was attended by Ali Al Hosani, Director of Sharjah Private Education Authority, and a number of the Authority's employees. The meeting was welcomed and stressed to enhance cooperation between the Emirate of Sharjah and the Foundation to serve the common educational goals. His Excellency Dr. Saud bin Saeed Al Mathami, Secretary-General of the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity explained that Mawhiba has many cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding with official Gulf, Arab and international institutions, the most important of which is the United Arab Emirates, especially it has close and growing relations with the UAE Ministry of Education and other institutions to achieve the directives of the wise leadership in both countries to empower generations in the fields of science, technology and innovation. His Excellency Dr. Saud bin Saeed Al Mathami pointed out the Foundation's keenness to extend cooperation with SEC with the aim of integrating roles and supporting the different trends of innovative education for future generations.
