Scorching UAE weather continues, chance of rain in parts of country

emirates7 - The UAE continues to endure intense summer heat, with temperatures in Dubai and Abu Dhabi expected to peak at 42°C today, according to Accuweather. Dubai will experience partly sunny conditions, staying very warm throughout the day, while nighttime temperatures will slightly to 33°C under clear skies.

In Abu Dhabi, mostly sunny skies and very warm weather are forecast, with the mercury falling to around 32°C overnight under clear to partly cloudy skies.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) predicts partly cloudy to cloudy conditions at times, especially over northern and eastern regions, with a possibility of light rain by morning.

Daytime highs are forecast to range from 41°C to 47°C in inland areas, 39°C to 43°C along the coasts and islands, and 30°C to 35°C in the mountains.

On Monday, the highest temperature nationwide reached 48.3°C in Al Jazeera B.G., Al Dhafra region, at 3:45 pm.

Humidity is expected to build up overnight and into Wednesday morning, particularly in coastal areas, adding to the discomfort. Winds will generally be light to moderate, occasionally strengthening during the day, blowing from the southeast to northeast at speeds of 10–25 km/h, with gusts up to 35 km/h.

Sea conditions are expected to remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
