Saudi Arabia will host Group A, starting with a match against Indonesia on October 8th. Indonesia will then face Graham Arnold’s Iraq on October 11th, followed by Saudi Arabia playing Iraq on October 14th.
Group B, hosted by Qatar—the 2022 World Cup hosts—will see Qatar face Oman in their opening match on October 8th. The UAE will play Oman on October 11th, and Qatar will meet the UAE on October 14th.
Teams finishing second in each group will move on to an additional qualifying round, consisting of two legs played home and away in November.
