Ducab to supply cables for Kai Tak Hospital project in Hong Kong

emirates7 - Ducab Group has secured a major contract to provide electrical infrastructure for one of Hong Kong’s most significant and technologically advanced hospital developments—the Acute Hospital located in the Kai Tak Development Area.

The announcement coincided with Ducab’s participation in Build4Asia 2025, a premier exhibition showcasing innovations in security, construction, and electrical engineering, held in Hong Kong from July 15 to 17, 2025.

As part of the project, Ducab will supply more than 40,000 kilometres of high-performance XL-LSZH building wires and over 15,000 kilometres of FLAM BICC 1 fire-resistant cables, specifically engineered for safety in vital systems.

Additionally, the company is delivering armoured LSZH cables compliant with BS 6724 standards, along with specialised FLAM BICC 6 fire-resistant cables to maintain operational integrity during emergencies.
