emirates7 - EDGE, a global leader in advanced technology and defence, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CS Group – a subsidiary of Sopra Steria and a European expert in tactical communication and information systems – to jointly work on an advanced tactical communications initiative.
The agreement was formalised during the 2025 International Paris Airby Waleid Al Mesmari, President of Space & Cyber Technologies at EDGE, and Pierre Lopez, CEO of CS Group. The collaboration will be spearheaded by EDGE’s Space & Cyber Technologies Cluster, which will partner with CS Group to co-develop cutting-edge systems under a broader strategic effort to enhance multi-domain digital battlespace capabilities.
This partnership marks another step in EDGE’s ongoing commitment to delivering innovative, ultra-secure communication systems tailored for armed forces, government entities, and enterprises that require dependable and secure communications in the most demanding conditions.
