emirates7 - The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MoEI) has launched the second phase of its Zero Bureaucracy Programme, which aims to significantly streamline services by cutting down the number of steps involved, reducing the required documents and data fields, and shortening the service delivery time — all designed to boost customer satisfaction and surpass their expectations.
The announcement took place during the ministry’s first Zero Bureaucracy Forum of 2025, held in Dubai, with participation from senior officials of the ministry and related entities. This initiative is part of wider efforts to simplify processes and improve the customer experience, aligning with the UAE government’s goal of delivering faster, more proactive, and efficient public services.
At the forum, the Minister’s Zero Bureaucracy Award was introduced to recognize outstanding practices in simplifying procedures and enhancing customer service.
This programme also aims to motivate ministry employees to adopt a culture of innovation and leadership in service delivery, while actively involving partners and customers in the zero bureaucracy journey.
