emirates7 - The Arab Media Summit (AMS) 2025, the largest media event in the Arab region, kicked off today in Dubai, drawing around 8,000 media professionals from the UAE and across the Arab world. The summit began with sessions from the Youth Media Forum.
Running through 28th May at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the summit gathers ministers, influential figures, editors-in-chief, media organisation leaders, content creators, influencers, media tech specialists, and academics from the Arab world to discuss the future of media development in the region.
The first day also features the Ibda’a – Arab Youth Media Award ceremony. Over its three-day run, the summit will present a packed schedule with more than 175 main sessions and upwards of 35 workshops led by top international media companies and digital platforms.
With over 300 speakers participating, the summit welcomes guests and contributors from 26 countries across the region and beyond.
