emirates7 - ADNOC Distribution has reaffirmed its dedication to sustainable industrial growth and enhancing local content through its active involvement in the “Make it in the Emirates” 2025 initiative—an influential national platform aimed at fostering innovation and nurturing Emirati talent.
Speaking to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), Eng. Bader Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, emphasized that the company’s participation aligns with its broader strategy to promote locally made products and support emerging Emirati entrepreneurs.
Al Lamki highlighted ADNOC Distribution’s ongoing efforts to fortify domestic supply chains through high-quality initiatives, including the local production of the company’s flagship lubricant brand, “ADNOC Voyager.” He added that the company has expanded its operations with new production lines in Egypt, and now exports to 47 international markets.
ADNOC Voyager, the UAE’s premier lubricant brand, is distributed across 47 countries. Most recently, ADNOC Distribution launched Voyager Platinum Plus Eco—the UAE’s first lubricant to meet the latest API SQ / ILSAC GF-7 engine oil standards, which were introduced globally at the end of March. This cutting-edge product is among the first worldwide to meet these new specifications.
Furthermore, Al Lamki revealed that by the end of the month, ADNOC Voyager lubricants will be officially available through independent distributors in Egypt, broadening the brand’s reach beyond ADNOC Distribution’s service stations.
He also stressed the importance of ADNOC Distribution’s partnerships with startups and local companies, underscoring the company’s strong commitment to investing in and empowering the next generation of Emirati talent.
By participating in “Make it in the Emirates,” ADNOC Distribution is reinforcing its alignment with the UAE’s industrial strategy, with a focus on supporting local manufacturing, encouraging youth entrepreneurship, and building resilient, sustainable supply chains.
The “Make it in the Emirates” initiative supports the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology by promoting domestic supply chain localization, facilitating industrial growth through strategic partnerships and investment, and advancing innovation through AI, financing solutions, and startup development.
