A part of TECOM Group PJSC, Dubai Industrial City continues to play a vital role in advancing the UAE’s industrial agenda, reinforcing its status as a top destination for foreign direct investment (FDI) from manufacturers targeting both regional and global expansion through Dubai.

Saud Abu Alshawareb, Executive Vice President – Industrial at TECOM Group, emphasized the importance of fostering advanced industries for long-term economic development. The past 12 months have witnessed notable growth across the district’s six specialized zones, which cater to base metals, machinery, minerals, F&B, transportation, and chemicals.

These latest investments build on Dubai Industrial City’s established reputation as a go-to location for manufacturers, offering purpose-built infrastructure including industrial land, warehousing, and logistics facilities.
