Second edition of BEEAH’s Future Leadership Programme launched

emirates7 - Following the success of its inaugural edition, BEEAH — a regional leader in sustainability and innovation — has officially launched the 2025–2026 Future Leadership Programme (FLP), welcoming a fresh cohort of high-potential professionals from within the company and from external organisations.

Developed in partnership with Emeritus, the programme aims to cultivate strategic, agile leaders equipped with skills across vital business domains such as communication, data analytics, financial acumen, innovation, and emerging technologies. The goal is to prepare participants to lead transformative initiatives in an era marked by rapid digital advancement.

With the growing influence of AI and emerging technologies, the programme is designed to help organisations address complex global challenges and seize new opportunities. Spanning 10 months, the executive development programme features a future-focused curriculum tailored for mid-level managers aspiring to become future-ready leaders.

Combining leadership development, strategic thinking, and practical application, the programme nurtures self-awareness, executive presence, innovation through design thinking, and data-informed decision-making, along with financial literacy.

Participants will gain insights into managing high-performing teams, executing strategy effectively, and navigating change with agility, empowering them to handle modern organisational challenges.

Speaking at the launch, BEEAH Group CEO and Vice Chairman Khaled Al Huraimel stated, “At BEEAH, we see people and innovation as the cornerstones of success in today’s economy. As technology evolves faster than many employees can adapt, the Future Leadership Programme offers a transformational path to build critical capabilities for tomorrow’s business needs. This initiative supports not just our employees’ development but our organisation’s long-term growth. We’re also excited to welcome peers and partners to join, empowering their employees to harness the vast opportunities of the digital era.”

The programme features a mix of immersive learning experiences, in-person sessions, executive coaching, keynote events, and industry site visits across the UAE to learn from top-performing organisations.

Participants will complete a capstone project to apply their learning to real organisational challenges. The curriculum includes 10 in-person modules supported by self-paced online certificate courses accredited by top global institutions, including Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan, and Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, in collaboration with Emeritus.

With an average weekly commitment of 30 hours, the programme is tailored to fit the schedules of busy professionals, offering a robust and holistic leadership journey.

Originally crafted to align with BEEAH’s growth strategy and upskill internal talent, the programme has now expanded to include external participants. The 2025–2026 cohort will include 20 executives from BEEAH and organisations in media, philanthropy, and education, encouraging cross-sector collaboration and offering diverse leadership perspectives.

Hind Al Huwaidi, BEEAH’s Chief Executive Development Officer, said, “The success of our first cohort confirmed that with the right tools and exposure, high-potential professionals can meaningful impact. Through this expanded edition and future annual intakes, BEEAH is reinforcing its commitment to empowering emerging leaders and fostering innovation across industries.”

Heba El-Ashmawi, Regional Director for the UAE at Emeritus, added, “We are proud to collaborate with BEEAH on the FLP, which exemplifies how organisations can build resilient workforces in fast-changing markets. By blending global academic excellence with local relevance, we aim to help future leaders thrive through accessible and world-class executive education.”

The initial cohort graduated last year with enhanced knowledge of AI, technology trends, and global best practices. Rooted in the UAE’s 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda and BEEAH’s growth vision, the FLP continues to underscore a deep commitment to sustainability, innovation, digital transformation, and shared progress.
