The exercise took place at the Applied City within Al Khudaira Camp, attended by senior officers from both sides along with representatives from key strategic partners.
Participants in the exercise included the Sharjah Police, the National Guard Command, the Sharjah Civil Defence Authority, and the Ministry of Interior’s Air Wing Department. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security coordination and improve the readiness of all involved units to effectively and swiftly handle various field challenges.
Major General bin Amer emphasized that such exercises boost inter-agency collaboration and unify the efforts of all security forces and supporting bodies to achieve common national security and stability goals.
Major General Staff Al Ameri pointed out that the “Deterrence 2” exercise is a clear demonstration of integration and coordination among multiple security agencies. He stressed that this joint initiative reflects a shared commitment to enhancing operational readiness and increasing the ability to manage a wide range of potential threats and challenges with efficiency and agility.
