Ajman real estate valuations reach AED446.8 million in April

emirates7 - The Emirate of Ajman saw a 24.3% rise in real estate valuation transactions in April compared to March, reaching a total of AED 446.8 million from 189 transactions.

Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the valuations spanned various property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural. He highlighted that residential properties made up the largest portion of the total valuation at AED 207.4 million, followed by commercial properties, which had a combined value exceeding AED 180 million.

Al Muhairi also noted that the April report featured personal, judicial, and institutional valuations, as well as those tied to long-term Golden Residence visas for investors. A total of 154 such transactions were carried out, marking a 21.3% increase from March, with a cumulative value of AED 303.3 million.
