UAE AI start-up AIREV secures investment from Ireland’s Venturewave Capital

emirates7 - AIREV, a rapidly growing artificial intelligence start-up based in the UAE, has secured funding from Irish private equity firm Venturewave Capital, recognized for its investments across various asset classes in Europe, the U.S., ASEAN, and the Middle East.

The new investment will accelerate AIREV’s ambitious growth plans, particularly in scaling its groundbreaking AI operating system, On-Demand—one of the first of its kind globally.

This partnership with Venturewave Capital will also pave the way for On-Demand to explore new markets, especially expanding operations from the UAE into Ireland and beyond.

Backed by Core 42, a G42 company, AIREV has already gained a strong user base of over 4 million AI-first adopters worldwide. The company continues to advance On-Demand, a next-generation agentic AI Operating System designed to drive the economy in the era following Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI). The platform allows users to build custom AI applications by integrating top-tier large language models with hundreds of agents and tools, making advanced AI more accessible and fostering rapid innovation in generative AI.

Commercially, AIREV has already formed partnerships with major tech players like Panchea and AIdeology—an elite Nvidia partner—and is currently engaged in discussions for both commercial and R&D collaboration with leading Fortune 500 semiconductor companies.

More than 60,000 users are already utilizing On-Demand, which provides inference capabilities using models from OpenAI, Google’s Gemini, Meta’s Llama, and the Arabic language model Jais, created by Inception, another G42 entity. The platform hosts over 300 specialized agents and integrates effortlessly with major ERP and CRM systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. It is hardware-agnostic, enabling infrastructure providers to earn revenue based on user computation activity.

The funding agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, and Niamh Smyth, Ireland’s Minister of State for Trade Promotion, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation.

Minister Smyth commented, “Venturewave Capital’s investment in AIREV showcases Ireland’s growing influence as a hub for global tech innovation. AIREV’s AI advancements in fields like education and healthcare demonstrate how technology can overcome market boundaries.”

AIREV CEO and Founder Muhammad Khalid added, “With On-Demand, companies can rapidly and affordably tailor AI to their unique needs. It’s like an App Store for AI—offering unmatched levels of customization and performance.”

AIREV remains dedicated to global expansion, using its UAE base in partnership with Ireland to develop transformative technologies aimed at unlocking human potential and solving real-world problems in sectors such as healthcare, energy, and education.
