emirates7 - Ajman University (AU) has been ranked among the top 51-100 institutions globally for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025. It is the highest-ranked institution in the UAE for this subject, being the country's sole representative in the field.

In addition, AU achieved a top 151-200 global ranking and the leading position in the UAE for Pharmacy and Pharmacology. The university also performed well in other areas, ranking in the top 201-250 globally for Computer Science and Information Systems, as well as Mathematics (second in the UAE for both), and within the 251-300 range for Accounting and Finance.

In broader subject rankings, AU made significant progress, climbing as much as 200 positions in some disciplines. The university ranked #284 worldwide for Social Sciences and Management, a substantial rise from last year's position of #451-500, and now holds the third spot in the UAE for this subject.
